The Oakridge Health and Wellness Team welcomes you to our school family. Our team of healthcare professionals strives to provide your child with the most comprehensive, highest quality individual healthcare available in a professional, efficient, compassionate, and service-oriented manner. At Oakridge, we serve the health and wellness of the entire school community - students, families, faculty, and staff. We are proud to offer a comprehensive school health and wellness program that addresses the physical, psychological, social, and emotional dimensions of health.
Interprofessional collaboration between the school nurse and athletic trainer fosters a positive impact on the overall health of the school community. We work together to coordinate healthcare and provide wellness services. This shared approach efficiently meets the needs of the student body. At Oakridge, optimal health and academic success are synergistic goals.
The office of Nurse Kim Campbell-Martinez is centrally located on the first floor of the Upper School, while the office of Athletic Trainer Adam Campbell is located in the Student Activity Center (SAC). You may contact the Nurse’s office at 817-451-4994 ext. 2714 and the Athletic Trainer’s office at ext. 2741.

Please complete the required health information within your Magnus Health SMR for each child attending The Oakridge School. Timely submission of health information and other forms is vital so that preparations can be made to best support your child and family.
These forms are required for the student to be able to attend school, participate in athletics, and go on field trips.
