Dr. Amy Alsip, Head of Upper School

September 19, 2025

Dear Upper School (US) Families,

Our Disney quote of the week comes from Tiana in “The Princess and the Frog."The only way to get what you want in this world is through hard work." In the Upper School, we strive to instill this idea in our students because we know it will carry them through the challenges they face in school, college, and life. To reach for big dreams will require hard work from our students, and we are here to partner with you to help them reach for the stars.

We are so proud of Miss Audrey Zegion, who has published her first novel. The Pinewood Prowler follows Nicole Keith, living in the town of Pinewood, and she is determined to uncover the mysterious killer's identity. This fast-paced thriller is intended for older audiences. It is for sale now on Amazon. Click here to check it out!
